Donna Gee is a nurse (RN: 1993 – 2020) and an experienced lawyer since 2005 who has focused on Elder Law, Grandparents Advocacy, Wills and Estate planning, Surrogate Court matters, and Estate administrations. She has appeared successfully in all levels of court in Alberta, most recently being a successful result with an international child abduction case in 2021 at the Alberta Court of Appeal.

Donna is committed to community service and pro bono activities, particularly for seniors. She has held leadership roles in several community associations, including former president of the Arbour Lake Community Association, former president of the Alberta Arbitration and Mediation Society, and acted as former president of the National CBA Elder Law Section where she advocated for seniors on a national level. She has served at the Kerby Centre both as past treasurer and as part of the Kerby Legal Clinic. Donna currently serves as Chair of the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) Southern Alberta Elder Law Sector and as President of the Senior Resource Council of Alberta

Donna is highly dedicated to both her team and her clients, offering compassionate and respectful service to all.
