After completing her Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Archana decided to pursue a career in law, graduating with a Bachelor of Laws degree from Kurukshetra University (India) in 2005 and becoming a member of the Punjab & Haryana Law Society that same year.

Archana practiced at Punjab & Haryana high court in India before moving to Canada. She took NCA exams in Canada and became a member of the Law Society of Alberta on January 8, 2020.
